FULL COMPREHENSIVE
The Teach Pilates Full Comprehensive program is crafted for those aspiring to excel in teaching across all apparatus and levels. It takes 600 hours to complete this program.
Beginning with the basic system and progressing to the advanced system, you will learn to teach the full Mat and Reformer repertoires, alongside the Cadillac, High Chair, Wunda Chair, Small Barrel, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel and additional apparatus; ensuring a thorough understanding of each.
You will explore the links between the apparatus and how to use each piece as part of a system to support and progress a client.
We welcome Pilates teachers with a different comprehensive training to join as bridging apprentices.
Earn 20 CPD points for your Pilates Aotearoa membership on graduation.
BRIDGING PROGRAM
The Teach Pilates Bridging program recognises and welcomes Pilates teachers with a different comprehensive training to join as bridging apprentices. This program takes 300 hours to complete.
You will learn the same apparatus, principles and you must attend all seminars as full comprehensive students, however we expect you to go through the program quicker with fewer hours required in observation, teaching practice and self-learning.
Earn 20 CPD points for your Pilates Aotearoa membership on graduation.
Hours
Each program requires completion of training hours before taking your assessment. Training hours consist of theory, self-practise, teaching practise, observation, classes and mentor meetings.
